Correspondence Wizard

Correspondence Wizard makes sure you are current with all your important donor correspondence. This correspondence includes set Reminders regarding donor pledges, Acknowledgements (Thank You Letters) for gifts, Tax Receipts so they can receive proper credit for their donations and Gift Notifications to update your customers on who has given in someones memory or honor.

Module Highlights

• Pledge reminders are automatically added to letters needing to be sent
• Thank you letters, Pledge reminders, and Tax receipts are automatically created using your custom letter templates (Requires Microsoft Word) and also the new feature of being able to email them as well (Requires Microsoft Outlook)
• Correspondence activity automatically recorded for each account
