This shows where we edited certain comments because they were either confidential or irrelevant. You may also notice in the short review at the bottom of this page that we removed the names of competitors to which our software is being compared. We believe it is not as important to see that someone was unhappy with some of our competition as it is to see why they were happy with us. Software Review

Over the course of my fundraising career I have used (competitor one), (competitor two), and Donation Director to identify and track prospects and donations. (Competitor one) is complex, the industry cadillac. It requires a steep learning curve and ongoing training to use it to its fullest capacity. The program is most relevant to large Clubs with multiple units running multiple fundraising campaigns. Cost of new and ongoing training is prohibitive for many Clubs. Earlier versions of (competitor two), while less expensive than (competitor one), have also been complicated and their customer service has been such that recently I was motivated to accept a trial offer of a new program...Donation Director. Donation Director is a relative newcomer and as such they have capitalized on the best of the behemoth, in a simple-to-use fashion with a price that beats all other products I have seen.
