Our Transaction Wizard makes entering various transactions easy. Such as, in-kind gifts, re-occuring pledges, custom pledge reminder schedules, linked gifts for gift matching, etc.

  • Donations may be allocated towards one or more appeals on a single transaction
  • Distinguish between acknowledged amount and accounts receivable amount for pledges
  • Instant mail or email merges for Acknowledgments, Pledge reminders, and Tax receipts
  • Distinguish between acknowledged, received and tax receipt amount to properly credit in-kind gifts
  • Reminder schedule for each pledge entry can be customized
